My doorbell camera stopped recording. My Nest subscription is still valid . What’s the problem?

Hello, I'm an end user like you and will try and help. My first question is how did you confirm your subscription is still valid? Just to confirm go into the GOOGLE HOME app and on the main page click the gear in the upper right corner. Then scroll down to SUBSCRIPTIONS and click it. Then at the top you should see NEST AWARE. Click that and the next page will tell you the status of your Nest Aware Subscription. What does it say?
