Hello,
We've had the doorbell for about a year and it's peeling to the point that shards of plastic are coming off when touched.
I've seen multiple threads with this issue, can someone help me with a replacement?

If your doorbell is more than 1 year old, Google Nest is saying they "cannot" replace the Nest Hello doorbell (in spite of the 330+ threads in this forum) because the 1-year warranty has expired. However, yesterday one user reported they were able to get a replacement because they were just under the 2-year warranty. (???)
You can try contacting Google Nest Support to see if they'll replace your Nest Hello. We bought a silicone skin to cover up the peeling shards on our 2-year-old Nest Hello.

Hey there,
Thank you for your patience! If you're seeking a replacement, please fill out this form. However, if your device is no longer under warranty, we cannot offer a replacement, and we do not offer replacements for parts. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards,
Brad

Hey Brad,
Yes, I actually filled one out before I posted. I still haven't heard back yet.
Should I fill out another form?
