Copied from a prior post as it explains our issue exactly. The account owner is the one that no longer has access.
Have owned Nest Camera since new. The camera view no longer appears on nest app. When I attempt to add camera to account message appears - camera cannot be added, camera is registered to another account.
I am the only owner of nest camera since purchAsed new. Camera has worked up till 3 months ago. Camera displays on wife’s Android phone. I can’t see camera on Nest App to remove and add again. The google takeover of nest has not benefitted nest customers.

I have same issue as this last person except I also had an indoor camera...what gives?
