My doorbell dropped offline in the last few days.
I have followed the instructions for the factory reset, but the reset does not occur.
I use a flat nosed pin in the reset hole, and after 6 seconds the indicator light turns on white, and stays on.
There are no yellow flashes, no sounds.
I have retried the factory reset a number of times, up to holding the reset for a full 60 seconds.
What are my next steps?

Yikes! Sorry to hear that. Let's sort this out.
Try to unplug the doorbell first, plug it back in, and try again the steps, then let me know how it goes.

I've resolved this using the support chat. I've already received my warranty replacement doorbell.
