Doorbell cam stuck on zoomed in / enhance

Hi everybody, hope someone can help, I was playing about with my door cam yesterday and accidentally turned on the enhance feature after zooming in but now I can't un enhance or unzoom ? The "minus sign" button is not showing up when I touch the screen although the "15 min" forward and reverse do?  😡

Not sure it this will help but if you search on "ZOOM" in this forum you will see a lot of people reporting the same thing.  It seems like the popular answer is that the actual phone that did the zoom is the only one that will have "-" to be able to un-zoom.
