Doorbell camera disappeared off my app

My appt has disappeared from my acct. it’s asking me to set it all up again. How can I recover this please. I’ve tried both accounts my gmail and my own and still nothing.

Were you using the "Sign in with Google" button or "Sign in with Nest" link when using the app? You need to use the same option and your home should still be there. If you've created multiple home structures, check you're looking at the right home by tapping the menu icon at the top left of the app.
