My nest doorbell is no longer playing audio/sound. The doorbell is working and notifying me when someone presses it, but no sound at all on the live stream or on playback. . Can anyone please help. Thank you.

My appt has disappeared from my acct. it’s asking me to set it all up again. How can I recover this please. I’ve tried both accounts my gmail and my own and still nothing.
