I have two doorbells, one original nest, and a 2nd gen google nest. In google home app, both cameras show the live view, as expected, from wifi and/or mobile. From google home web however, only the original nest shows, while the google nest shows "Couldn't load video". This shows that everything is connected and working correctly, which points to google home web as the issue.
Is there some option or setting I am missing? I have scoured the device settings and nothing stood out.

It appears to work in chrome, but not firefox. Attempted clearing the cache, using a private window, as well as running with extensions turned off. The old camera shows, but the new one doesn't.

Hi there!
Thanks for the follow-up information.
I'm glad to hear your Nest Camera is working on Chrome. To ensure a smooth experience, I recommend accessing your Nest devices through the Google Home Website instead of the separate Nest website.
Please let me know if you encounter any further inconvenience.
Regards,
Melany

I was referring to home.google.com as google home web. The original nest shows fine, while the 2nd gen google nest shows "Couldn't load video".
