My front door doorbell camera does not have an option to view history, but the doorbell camera at the garage door and all other outdoor cameras does. We have reset the camera and still no history. Only option available is the delete history link. Anyone have this problem before?

That's what happens when we look at one of our older Google Nest Hello Doorbells in the Google Home app. For older Google Nest cameras and doorbells that were installed in the Google Nest app, you can only view their history in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website (provided they are in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your Nest Aware subscription).

Have nothing new to offer, my doorbell and camera's were installed by OnTech and I have placed a customer support email with them, but no reply as of yet. I have 5 camera's on my system and only the front doorbell is in the nest app. Is there a way to remove the doorbell from Nest and place it with the other camera's in the Google Home app?

I don't know how they set them up different, but OnTech installed the system, put 4 camera's in the Google Home app, they all work fine, and placed the front doorbell in the Nest app. It works okay but as I stated, there is no history option there, only way to see any history is in the Home app.

You don't have a choice about which app to use to install.
The Google Nest Hello Doorbell gets installed in the Google Nest app.
The Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) and the 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell get installed in the Google Home app.
The Google Home app gets used to set up the following Nest cameras:
Nest Cam (wired)
Nest Cam with Floodlight
Nest Cam (battery)
The Google Nest app gets used to set up the following Nest cameras:
Nest Cam IQ Indoor
Nest Cam IQ Outdoor
Nest Cam Indoor
Nest Cam Outdoor
Nest Dropcam (all models)

If your doorbell was installed in the Google Nest app, then it must be a Google Nest Hello Doorbell. If it is installed in the Google Nest app and is in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your other cameras and in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your Nest Aware subscription, then you will find your history in the Google Nest app, unless you have turned off Video Recording in your doorbell's settings.
