Our doorbell camera worked since installing years ago. In January received an email that payment did not go through. Did not address until February but was out of town. Now back, doorbell camera does not work at all. We have updated payment and being charged; however, doorbell camera does not work. Tried the troubleshooting suggestions and still cannot get it to work. Still shows camera offline. Need to talk to a live person if possible

You could try a restart of your doorbell by turning off its electrical circuit for a minute or two and then turning it back on. Over the years, that's corrected a couple of anomalies with our Google Nest Hello Doorbells.

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
