Doorbell camera not charging

My doorbell camera won’t charge and the white light is not coming on . I did the rest button nothing happens.

  • What's the exact model of your Google Nest Doorbell (Nest Doorbell (battery), Nest Doorbell (wired, 2nd gen) or a Nest Doorbell (wired), previously known as Nest Hello)?
  • What color is the LED light when you're not charging the device?
  • Does the device show as offline in the Google Home or Nest app?
  • Have you tried using a different cable to charge your Nest Doorbell?
  • Could you please describe the reset process you followed for the device?
