When someone rings my doorbell and I get the notification on my Nest app, When I try to access the video and I keep getting a loading screen. I am unable to see who is at the door, interact with them and view the event in real time. Sometimes even the event history is not accessible. Initially I thought the Wi-Fi was the issue, but the gigabyte fiber Wi-Fi is strong throughout the house
. Any suggestions on fixing this?
