I currently have a Nest doorbell that is almost 3 years old and is starting to go out. I bought a new one that is labeled Google but to me they seem the same.
my issue is the old Nest doorbell works fine; however when I installed the new Google doorbell it gives me a yellow light that indicates it does not have enough power??? They are both hardwired and should work.
why would one work and not the other?

If its the same Nest Hello Doorbell (the original version not the battery version), then nothing should have changed. Can you look at the app and see what the voltage is showing? It actually may just be an issue with your transformer itself, as they sometimes can go faulty too. Lets start with checking the voltage and go from there.

The app will show me my voltage?
