Wi-Fi connection

My nest doorbell has gone offline and I cannot get it to reconnect.  I have followed the instructions from app to correct it. but it has not helped.  My doorbell was professionally installed and is wired.  Suggestions?

Turn  off the power to your Nest Hello, and reboot your router as well.  See if this corrects the issue.  Once you get connected to the thermostat, check in the app to see what the voltage reading is, the transformer in your house may be underpowered and need to be replaced as well .
