Doorbell chime not working on nest wifi points

My doorbell does not chime on my nest wifi points. Speaker appears to work on them as it listens when I give the command and can play music. Visitor announcements are working in my google home hub but need them to come through my wifi point speakers as well.

Do you have "Do not disturb" turned on for your your Nest WiFi points?

I can't find any explicit documentation saying "Visitor announcements" should work on Nest WiFi points, but the responses from Google Nest on these two unresolved threads implies it SHOULD work:

Are the doorbell and the Nest WiFi points in the same Google Nest "home/structure"?

Yes - They are all in the same home and show up on my google home app as wifi
