I have installed my nest doorbell in properly and before I connected to the app, my doorbell chime was working but ever since I connected the doorbell to the app, the chime wasn’t sounding I was wondering on how to make it work?

@Vannitz

Well, you have to have the correct voltage on your doorbell's transformer (see https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9247132?hl=en), the Nest Connector has to be correctly wired to your chime (see https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9247327?hl=en and https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Cameras-and-Doorbells/Wiring-diagram/m-p/24455), "Indoor Chime" has to be turned on in Settings in the Google Nest app, and you may need to enable "Chime Duration" in Settings if you have an electronic chime.

I had same problem and solved it by going to settings and turning on indoor chime and duration, then UPDATING WIFI.  They forgot to mention this step!
