Good morning and happy holidays!
the face of our doorbell is peeling away. I thought at first that it was a protective light plastic that I forgot to take off but after touching it, it’s hard and from the doorbell itself. Are there replacement face plates? Not sure what to do.
thanks!!

If you search this forum you'll find hundreds of other posts about peeling or delaminating Nest Hellos. It started on two of ours at about 2 years. Google Nest does not sell spare parts and there are no replacement face plates. Google Nest says they "cannot" replace doorbells with this defect if they are past the 1-year warranty. We bought a couple of silicone "skins" on Amazon to cover the peeling shards.
