Hi,
Doorbell history not loading. Message says " this may take some time check back later". My nest aware sub is upto date. I've reset my network and dismounted and re mounted the device. Please help.

Try restarting both the Nest app and your doorbell, then clear the app cache. If the issue persists, contact Google Nest support since your subscription is active.

Did you manage to have any luck with this?
Mine has been playing up, exactly the same since last week

Unfortunately not, spent all day yesterday deleting, rebooting and uninstalling everything. Google said it was my ISP, my ISP said everything is running fine, finally after a lot of frustration Google escalated up the chain and I'm yet to hear anything.

**bleep**, that doesn't fill me with confidence! That's exactly what i was going to be trying tomorrow!
Looks like I'll be a few days behind you in the queue to get this fixed then.
It's annoying as the Live stream is absolutely fine, but no access to any sort of history, not even less than a minute ago.
I'm assuming yours is the same?
As it's only the play back side not working properly doesn't that suggest an error with the storage cloud service?
Is yours still sending activity and familiar faces notifications?

Mines doing exactly the same. Live feed works fine, I'm still getting notifications but no history at all on doorbell or outside camera. Save yourself the hassle and don't delete everything I lost all the settings all the familiar faces not to mention all the other devices that were set up on my home app.
If I hear anything I'll bung you a post.

Thanks, I'll start a helpdesk one in the morning and let you know if I get any luck!
Oh no, cheers for the warning.
Although I tried removing and re-adding the doorbell on the nest aware account on Sunday and it lost all previous video history anyway.
Really weird, it still let me add a new face detected today! Shows the little face in familiar faces.

Not too sure what fixed it but mine now seems to be working again suddenly!
I was just trying to find a way of checking on the support ticket I started on Tuesday but still have never heard anything back since when I stumbled upon a troubleshooter on the support website, after completing this a few times with a failed connection I eventually gave up, but randomly it's working properly again suddenly!
I can't copy the full link as it links to my devices but if you want to give it a go.
--> Cameras and Doorbells
--> Fix a problem
--> Fix a problem with camera audio and video
--> Troubleshoot event video history
--> Launch the Troubleshooter
Follow the prompts
I still can't view what's happened since Friday but at least anything from now on is viewable!

Just checked mine and it's all working fine now without having to do anything.
