Yesterday I noticed my camera would not show video after I charged it and put it back on the mount. Further inspection, I noticed the locking button will not come back out to lock the doorbell into the mount. Called customer service today and they said it's 2 years old, and out of warranty so they cannot replace or repair the doorbell. Anyone else have this experience bec it seems a little ridiculous that this expensive doorbell won't last 2 years.
Anyone also know of any tricks to get this button to depress to lock onto the mount for use ?
