Doorbell not connecting to new wifi

My Google doorbell is not connecting to my new wifi having moved home. I have followed the process to set it up from scratch, scanning the QR code etc, however, the light on the doorbell is not turning blue to continue through the process.

I’ve just had the exact same thing. I had to find a small paper clip. On the back of the door bell, under the USB charging slot is a tiny hole. 
press and hold for 10 seconds, the led will flash yellow and makes a ding dong sound. Now relearn your door bell onto your new Wi-Fi. 
very clumsy way to relearn a learnt device I know
