My Google doorbell is not connecting to my new wifi having moved home. I
have followed the process to set it up from scratch, scanning the QR
code etc, however, the light on the doorbell is not turning blue to
continue through the process.
Hi Jenelyn it didn't work, no. It didn't connect scanning the QR code. I
then got to the stage of adding the 6 digit code underneath the QR code.
Then Im asked to enter the the last 4 characters of the device serial
