I have a battery doorbell that I have wired. I have two phones linked to it( an old and a new one). Only the old phone is getting activities' notifications. I have checked all the possible settings and they are both sharing the same settings since they aye linked through the same Gmail account. Everything is turned on.
The only time that the notifications works for few hours on the new phone was when I removed the wifi network and added back. But it stopped working again even though it is using the same wifi connection .
There is not any other family member that has access. The wifi is working properly. The odd is the fact that the old one is still receiving all the notifications.

Hi @Mayou,
Thank you for posting in the community. I understand your Nest Doorbell (battery) is only sending notifications to your old phone and not to your new one. I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to solve the issue. Don’t worry, help is here.

Make sure push notifications are on in your Google home app. Open your Google home app. Go to settings on the bottom right side. Click on the camera you want. Click on notifications and make sure push notifications are on. Exist the app, After that Go to settings on your phone. Go to your settings, go to notifications. Go to google home app and make sure the Google home app isn't on mute or silent. This same thing happened to me before
