Is this a new problem, or has this always done this?
Do you by any chance actually have an older 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell, and is the camera usually online? I'm asking because there's a known defect where the small internal battery on the doorbell fails. Since the purpose of the internal battery is to provide power to the doorbell and camera during the instant when the doorbell button is pressed and power needs to be sent to your doorbell chime, what happens is that the doorbell and camera go offline for a minute whenever the doorbell button is pressed.
This has now happened to all three of our 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbells. There is a workaround. Turn off the "Indoor chime" option (this prevents the doorbell from going offline), and turn on "Visitor announcements" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451) to instead send announcements to a Nest Hub or Nest Mini.
