Doorbell video is no longer in colour.

My Nest doorbell video is no longer in colour. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Hi @SteveA2023 

Maybe you enabled night vision by default.

You can change this in your Google Home App --> Doorbell settings --> Video --> Night Vision. 😊

The first thing to do is to disconnect the doorbell from power for about 30 seconds and let it re-boot.   If the problem still is there then you may have a faulty camera. If it is less than year old Google will usually replace it under the warranty.   Use this link to start that process or to just speak with a Google tech person.
