I have second gen nest doorbell hard wired. When I ask Google to show the doorbell camera it doesn’t show. I choose live video, it doesn’t show. I’ve reset the hub max and router recently. The hub also won’t show my other Google cameras outside when I push live video.

When you ask Google to show your doorbell camera and "it doesn't show", what exact DOES happen?
Also, when I select the tile for any of our cameras on our Nest Hub Max, it immediately displays a livestream for that camera. When you say you're pushing "Live video", where are you doing that?
When you drag down from the top of your Nest Hub Max and select "Cameras", do you see tiles for all of your cameras and your doorbell?
Is this a recent change? Has anything changed on your Wi-Fi network? Are all of our cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your Nest Hub Max?
Are your other outside cameras the older (1st gen) Google Nest Outdoor Cameras or the newer (2nd gen) Google Nest Battery Cameras? If you have the battery cameras, are they plugged in or running on battery power?
Can you view your cameras and doorbells in the Google Nest app (if 1st gen) or Google Home app (if 2nd gen)? Can you view them on the home.nest.com website (if 1st gen) or home.google.com website (if 2nd gen)?

I get a white screen that should be where the video shows. On that same screen there is a live video button. Yes, I see the tiles for all my cameras. No network changes, all on same network and in same home structure. 2nd gen battery cameras, one is on solar the other is on battery. They are all viewed in the Google home app with no issues. I don’t use the others.

If your cameras and doorbell are viewable in the Google Home app, that seems to exclude Wi-Fi issues as the cause. And if you see tiles for all, then everything is configured in the same Google Nest "home/structure". And if you've done a factory reset of your Nest Hub Max, you've eliminated another cause.
Perhaps you need to try contacting Support using the link and instructions in the post below, to determine whether you have a defective Nest Hub Max:

After I do the factory reset, it works for a while then it stops. My hub max is probably 3+ years old. I have a hub and that one works fine. Guess it is the hub max.

That's too bad. It's strange that a factory reset fixes things for awhile.
