Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what troubleshooting steps have you done? What is your internet speed on the location of your Nest Doorbell? Were there any changes made to your Nest Doorbell video settings? Try restarting your Nest Doorbell and Wi-Fi router. Also, try reinstalling your Nest app and Google Home app.
