Doorbell won’t work on other home members app

comes up as not on same wifi but they are and works fine for me

If you have Family Accounts set up through the Nest app, more than one person can access the camera feed at one time.

I don’t have a nest app just using home app

can now see camera on both phones but only I have history access and other features 

the other user only has live footage but no notifications or access to other features like history
