Dorrbell gen2 shows green light but isnt conected to home

So I installed the doorbell gen 2 on my front door last night, I have power and everything. Mid set up the app froze and was unable to finish. I went to go and reset up the camera, because it's not showing in my home app, and the light is green.

The doorbell chime works, but because it's not in my home group, it only rings outside. 

I tried to factory reset the device and it goes to a slow flashing yellow after holding to 20 seconds, as soon as I let go it turns green again.

It's not connected to a home group and it can't be factory reset for some reason.

Any ideas?
