This migration process is a joke. Delays, confusion, incompetent support personnel and constant insincere apologies have helped ensure I will NEVER buy a Nest product. My Dropcams are getting DROPPED in the trash. This whole process seems intentionally convoluted -- and borderline illegal -- but, as usual, the consumers are left holding the bag. Ring cameras are reliable and all their processes are intuitive and fair.

that is an unusual response to Liberty Suites. I thought you would be helping get the other 12 cams? for what looks like one of your best customers? confusing?

Completely agree. 14 cameras just became bricks and Google couldn't care less. I'll look into Ring cameras. Thanks.

They will only replace two of sixteen cameras. The other 14 need to be replaced at my cost.

This seems very unfair??? So you are one of their better customers and they only provide a 7% solution? Did they say why? I got my replacement. My frustration is that the functionality is limited in their new Google Home app.

No explanation. They sent two new cameras which I'll sell. I bought 16 new IP cameras on Amazon for 1/3 of the Nest price. Goodbye Google!

Lance for the past 2 years, I have been requesting the enhanced zoom recording and the 4 colored activity swim lanes in the camera view. I use these 2 features daily. You have the 4 colored activity zones but the access is close to negligible. We really need these 2 features for the Nest cams in Google Home app. I will no be forced to use 2 apps daily to see my cams as my current Nest cams have such limited capability in the new Google Home app and website. Please get these features migrated across. Google has the software code. The port should be easy, especially with AI that can write the code for you. I would appreciate follow-up on this. It is less than a week before my dropcam is toast. My new garage cam that you sent me has neither the enhanced zoom recording nor the 4 colored swim lanes.
