Dropcams Being Exchnaged for NestCams

I currently have 3 DropCams (Before nest bought, and then Google) and one Nest Cam.  On April 7 i receievd an email from nest that they would no longer support DropCams, but because I subcribed to video and have 4 cams I would be entitles to two freen new cams.  To date and after countless of hours on support via email (when i keep getting contacted after 7 pm and I have stated I am only available from 8 am to 3 pm due to work,  and Chat i have still not been able to get the issues resolved to make this exchgnage.  Needless to say this has been the worst customer services experinece i have ever gone htorugh with any company

Hi Juni,  Thank you for your reply.  The support has been the worst experince ever.  I have been switched back and forth between Google Store and Tech support, close to 40 hours of my time wasted with no results between chat, emails phone calls.  So far communications have been with Brandon, Bernard, Annie, Steve, Logan, Rey, etc.
