Email Notifications

Now that Google Cams don't show up in Nest how do I turn on email notifications from Google Home?

We also have a new Google Nest Camera (battery (since September). Because it is not supported by the Google Nest app, there is no way to get email notifications for this camera (unlike all of our other Google Nest cameras and doorbells) because there is no email notification option in the Google Home app.
