Error message View Clips section

We are seeing error (429 Too Many Requests) when looking at clips or the error message will say server or network failed.

Hi, I just figured it out (I think). It is because I have other devices showing the live stream of my nest cams.  When I closed them all, I was able to view my videos. Hope this helps.

You might want to try a soft restart to the device, or even the wifi network if necessary.

I still have some cameras that are having the same issue , roughly only 55% of my camera feeds work right now.

Yes we are still seeing the issue with several devices is several locations

Hey there,

 

I would suggest restarting the device before and after you close them out. Try that again a few times as I have seen this to work. As for a real fix, we are still looking into this issue.

I am getting the same issue.  All devices have been closed. That didn't work.  What can I do?
