Eufy cameras and doorbell wont stream

Some months ago I had no issue streaming my video feeds to either of my google hubs, and when the feature was added on the home app. Now I can’t. I have factory reset the hubs, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, power cycled the cameras, reset the Wi-Fi, and unlinked and relinked the eufy service. I’ve consulted eufy, google, and Reddit to no avail.
