Everything works except the chime notification... anyone know how to fix it

Nest chime notification doesn't work when someone is at my door....I have no idea anyone is there

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can imagine that not getting any chime could definitely be an inconvenience with your camera. Are you still getting the notifications at least? And have you tried to restart your Nest Hello? Please let me know what other troubleshooting steps you have done as well.
