Face plate peeling away

Does anyome know how long the warranty is for the nest hello? Or are there spare parts available?

Not sure how long i have had it, i believe its a first gen model, but the faceplate is peeling away. I have left a while as i thought it was a sticker, but it now apparent its the actual faceplate. Thanks
