Faceplate peeling

The awful faceplate now affecting the video quality. This is seemingly a widespread issue no matter the weather/exposure. Is there a replacement plate that I can get from nest that I can get and replace it myself

The peeling started about 6 months ago and was barely unnoticeable at the beginning but then spreading to most of the surface.
