I have had 12 Nest Cameras setup in my home for the last 3 years. (5 nest cams with flood, nest doorbell, nest hub, 2 indoor cams, and 2 outdoor cams that are USB powered without flood)
I recently swapped my wifi host controllers from PC to RasberryPI and used the same ssid name but unfortunately, I ended up having to factory reset all of my nest cams to get them to connect to the new wifi SSID. The mesh devices are all in the exact same location.
I was able to factory reset 11 of the cameras with no issues, however the last Nest Camera with floodlight will not factory reset. Here is everything I have tried:
- Hold down button on back for factory reset (With light plugged into power) for 10, then 20, then 30, then 60 seconds. Each time the light will go out for 5 seconds, then come back on white again with no tones, no change in white light etc. I have verified via a ltage power detector that I do have power to the power cable that connects to the light.
- Hold down button on back for factory reset (WithOUT light plugged into power) for 10, then 20, then 30, then 60 seconds. Each time the light will go out for 5 seconds, then come back on white again with no tones, no change in white light etc.
I have searched the inet, reddit, forums etc with no luck. Any ideas why I can try next? Is my only hope a replacement at this point?

I have seen several posts in this forum where customers had to get their Google Nest camera or doorbell replaced because they simply would not factory reset. If you were able to factory reset 11 other cameras, then you probably need to contact Support about a replacement. They'll probably ask you to run through the factory reset during the support call to verify that it's not working.
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
