Failed migration

I finally migrated my nest components to google home. Something went wrong. Learning thermostat is all that transferred. Hello nest wired doorbell/camera, temp sensor, and nest protect did not. The message given is 'being used by another account.' But I can't access the old nest account to delete or do whatever. I've seen other blogs expressing similar problems. All my TPLink/Kasa and Hue devices seemed to transfer well. Please help.

@itsre, @CJFS and JoCp I understand if your other Nest devices were not included after the migration. Old Nest cameras, old Nest doorbells and Nest Protects can only be set up and controlled by the Nest App. We’re dedicated to bringing more features to give our customers a smoother experience and we’ll take this as feedback.
