Fails on downloading update(s)

I am able to successfully connect to the camera and begin the installation. Upon connecting to Wi-Fi, which successfully occurs, it then proceeds to downloading updates. It is hanging at 0% and ultimately leads to failure. Three times have started with a factory reset and each time results in the same outcome. Help

Hi ChesHagen,  How frustrating,  I'm an end-user like you.  It sounds to me like the Google server that does the updates is down.  Try it again in a few hours or even tomorrow sometime.  Sorry, that is all I got.
