Familiar Face Detection & Editing Issues continue

Sorry I was unable to respond earlier and my thread was closed. No I haven’t been able to fix the problem and yes I always go through the photos. The camera height is the same as since we first purchased them  For example sometimes it thinks my husband or a neighbor are me. I’m female so kinda insulting. Lol but seriously I don’t mind it not knowing someone my issue is that it should say unfamiliar face detected or let me fix its mistake, but it doesn’t. I can only move the face and edit the name if I know it or delete it. (Also, when I change the name it does not correct it in the feed only in the face file) before whatever upgrades took place it said unfamiliar or I could change it to unfamiliar. I no longer have that option and now it is not even showing the photo of the person it is misidentified but grabbing a photo of who it thinks it is so you cant even add the correct name.  The zone alerts and face detection fix options worked better before the changes. Now it is very inconsistent and unreliable especially as a security product. I was happier with how they worked and the user friendliness before the changes. 

 
Hopefully someone can help or fix these issues in another update as nothing of any importance was beneficial since the last one. Other than the new home page it has been nothing but a pain and confusion dealing with all of these issues. 

Hope to get good news back from you to remedy this but due to my experiences with technology so far I won’t hold my breath. 
 
Any efforts made to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
