Familiar faces stopped notifying about week ago

Came here to see why Familiar Faces in Nest app stopped working a few days ago

I have 1st gen outdoor IQ and nest hello doorbell and and about 30 faces all organized. Then a few days ago I notice I was getting less notifications and noticed all familiar faces have a blank image in front so I deleted them and it was fine for that day, then the blank images came back on each person the next day, so it’s probably a programming error and returned blank faces upon server updates. How to remove blank images so I can get notifications of specific people again? Or is that your way of getting rid of the feature? I have nest aware subscription too.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, how far is your Nest Camera from your Wifi router? Try restarting your Nest Camera and Wifi router. Also, reinstall your Nest app. Let us know how it goes.

hello thx for the response 

i always reset router once a week which resets cams

but my cans are pretty close in proximity like 20 ft?

but now it appears the blank images have disappeared 

they were located when u click on persons name there would be blank space then images load but now the blank space is gone 

appears to be working ok now
