Family Member can't access cameras (or anything else)

Hi everyone! I have shared management settings with my wife, but she can't access any of the devices.  i have tried bot of her Gmail accounts. she has an iPhone 15. When she opens the Home app, it says everything is offline, even though everything works for me (iPhone 11).   We have a brand new Nest indoor cam, along with other Nest devices.

Any thoughts?

Hello,  are you using the NEST APP or the newer GOOGLE HOME APP?

When you say "share management settings" do  you mean you went into the NEST APP and hit the gear and selected "Family".  Or in the Google Home app you hit the Gear (settings) and top on the "+"  sign at the top under your home name?

By any chance are your wife's gmail accounts part of a corporate gmail account?  Because those will not work with Nest.  If they are just regular old private gmail accounts then they would work.

Are both of your apps up to the newest version?

Let me know what you fine.  If it still isn't working then I can escalate this and get you some help from Google Directly.

We are using the Google Home app. I do have the Nest app as well (and apparently I can only program my Nest thermostat in that app). She only is using the Google Home app. It just says the camera is offline, but it isn't, as I can see the camera on both my iPhone and iPad. She has access to all devices as well. No, it is not a corporate gmail account.  She can see all the devices, and they are all saying offline. I am including a screenshot. Of all our devices, she can only control one light.
