Flood camera charging paused

Hello!

I installed my Google Floodlight Camera yesterday morning and it has worked great up until now where it says the camera is idle and the charging is paused at 68%.

I’m not sure what that means or how exactly to fix the problem since it’s a wired camera.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for sharing with us your concern. To confirm, were there any recent power and Wi-Fi outages in your area? Are you getting any error messages? Are you still getting push notifications while it's in idle mode? What is the light status of your Nest Camera? Try restarting your Nest Camera and let us know how it goes.
 

Steps for restarting:

1. Locate the reset button on the back of your Nest Camera.

• Tip: The reset button on your Nest Camera is located on the back of the camera head.

1. Press and hold for 5 seconds.
2. Your Nest Camera will restart, and the status light will be steady, solid white.
