Floodlight turns on while viewing pre recorded events in Google Home

Hi There,

I have a couple of google nest cam floodlights installed around my home. 

When an event is recorded even if its ab older event, every time i click to view the event the corresponding flood light cam turns on for a moment.

I understand this is necessary for live viewing, it doesn’t make sense to turn on for pre recorded events.

Wow,,, that is odd.  You could contact support on this but I think your best bet  is to report this as a problem.  To do this go into the app and then into the camera where you can see a clip and in the upper right corner click on the 3 dots and you will see  the option to report FEEDBACK there.
