Floodlights making a buzzing sound

Less than two years after purchased new in December 2021. Are these still under warranty or is there something else that I can do to troubleshoot?

I turned the brightness down to 30% and there is less buzzing. Very frustrating. Tried opening a chat and phone call and neither way did I get a response.
