My Nest Outdoor is not picking up activity - it picks up a tree moving 100 yards away but fails to pick up a large garbage truck driving by it twice - which is only 20 feet away!

Nest camera battery image is flickering

My camera image is flickering; I think it is due to the apartment lights, I live in the UK, and here the lights are 50 hertz and probably the camera records in 60 hertz.Is it possible to change to 50? I didn't find how.

No history

I am getting alerts but there are no clips in my history. I have moved my camera to a different property and there was no service for a while. How can I resolve this?
