My camera works fine but the lights no longer turn on. Not through the Home App, not through Google assistant, nore motion senser. I've tried resetting on the back of the cam and still not working. I've only had it for a week and had no issues until tonight. Is this common? How do I fix this?

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you tell us the status light of your Nest Cam with floodlight? When did it start happening? Also, did you make any changes with it? Keep us posted.
