I ordered a Nest camera battery and a nest doorbell battery 3 weeks ago. When I ordered it it said it'd come within a week. Every day since then, the estimated delivery has been pushed back a day. It still says ordered and not shipped.
I know that there's supply chain issues, but customer service has been cometely unhelpful. Meanwhile Google is still selling these products with no indication of delays or backorder.
Is it just me, or is this happening to everyone with just really bad messaging from Google?

I still don't have any update on my order. I ordered it October 3 and support is completely unhelpful (responds via email days later with no assistance). Google says that phone support is "unavailable". I am absolutely shocked how bad support is.
