I have a gen 1 doorbell that I just installed. I got it to connect to the network. My phone says I have 4 bars of wifi but the doorbell only shows 1 bar and won’t stay online. Help please.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, how far is it from your Wi-Fi router? What are the troubleshooting steps have you done? We would recommend you to perform a simple restart to your Nest Doorbell and Wi-Fi router. Let us know how it goes.
