Gen2 WDoorbell - No Gear Icon in Home App (won't connect to new router)

I replaced my router.  Everything wifi has reconnected with minimal pain except for the Google Doorbell.

I think the doorbell is connected, except I see no video.  Every solution I have found tells me to select the 'settings' Gear Icon before the next step...but...  There is no Gear Icon, neither in the Google Home App nor Web.

I have performed all other router, phone and doorbell power off/on procedures.  I removed and reinstalled the app, but that doesn't expalin why i don't see it on the 'Home' web.

Do not get any alerts when someone is at the door, nor a notification on my phone, however the doorbell inside the house rings when the button is pressed.

Is there a way to verify the doorbell is connected to the new router and forget the old one.  I tried removing the doorbell device and reintalling, I have no idea if it worked, all indications did not change.

Any solutions?
